Consult|00: No Obligation Appointment

There are numerous reasons to utilize us that go far beyond being able to tell someone you have your own "event planner or wedding coordinator," and here are just a few: 

  • We are Consultants and not just Coordinators. 
  • We’ll be there for you as much or as little as you need throughout this process.  
  • You are in charge of every decision, we just help make sure you feel you have all the information you need to make the most informed decision. 
  • We can track your budget and assist you with prioritization so that you stick with it! 
  • So you hate negotiating? Let us handle that. We pride ourselves in understanding our craft and working to make sure you are getting a fair price for the services you want. 
  • You know what you want, you just don't quite know what's involved to put it together or where to turn? Tell us about it! We can work with you to see if it's something your budget will allow and make it happen!
  • Relatives have offered to help but you want to make sure they aren’t taking over or don’t want to be bothered on the day of the event? Let us handle it.

  • Price for "No-Obligation" consults is "FREE"
    • $1.00 fee required to book consult to confirm the booking is valid.


Consult|01: Planning only assistance package:

  • Includes time for up to a 3 hour meeting (this can be broken into two, 1.5 hour meetings), and
  • meeting can be scheduled at different times throughout your planning process.
  • Price for a 3hour block of consultation time is: $180 if all 3 hours are over the phone planning.
  • Full contract must me paid at the time of booking. 


Consult|02: Planning only assistance package:

  • Includes time for up to a 3 hour meeting (this can be broken into two, 1.5 hour meetings), and
  • meeting can be scheduled at different times throughout your planning process. 
  • Price for a 3 hour block of consultation time broken into two, 1.5 hour meetings in-person is: $540 (allows ​for travel time). 
  • Minimum deposit required to schedule consult: $270
  • Full contract must be paid a minimum of three business days before the last planning meeting.


Consult|03: Planning only assistance package:

  • This package does not  include any execution assistance.
  • This is strictly 10 hours to help with schedule development, provide recommendations on the floor plan and layout, review contracts you've already signed for logistics assistance, and
  • Includes time  to meet with you 2 times for 1 hour to go over your planning and preparation (phone meetings).
  • Total Cost of package is: $600; minimum deposit required to schedule consult: $300
  • Full contract to must be paid a minimum of three business days before the last planning meeting. 


Walk-through or Site Visit packages:

  • Each package includes time for up to a 2 hour meeting (plus travel), 
  • 1 hour to develop a floor plan after the meeting (plus edit time), and 
  • 1 hour to discuss the vision that you have for the space before hand. 
  • Packages range between $480 (8hr package) and $600 (10hr package) contingent upon event location.
  • Minimum deposit required to schedule either package: $200.
  • Full contract must be paid a minimum of three business days before the last planning meeting. 


Be our Guest!  Service:

This service is for the person who has already covered it all, decorations, food, beverage, location, etc. You just need someone to help you get the items to their location, help put all the decorations up and arrange tables and chairs, welcome guests, collect coats, serve some hors d'oeuvres, stay through the event to help serve, collect plates, serve drinks, help with entertainment, make sure no one needs a drink or more food, or to help rinse dishes. 

  • Quotes' for "Be our Guest" events are "FREE"
    • $1.00fee required to book consult to confirm the booking is valid.
  • Services will be quoted on an hourly basis for managers or servers. 
  • As part of this estimate, we'll include a 30 minute phone consultation to hear about your event, and what we'd recommend in the way of support.
  • If additional design coordination hours are needed, please review our section on large events, additional assistance can be provided in many additional areas and, additional hourly fees apply


Estimates & Quotes 

Don't have time to call caterers, bakers, decorators, photographers, florists, or bartenders? We can be your one stop shop.

  • For 5 hours of planning time per area...
  • we'll speak to you about what your requirements are, the vision and your budget.
  • Then, we'll reach out to a few of our trusted vendors in your  geographical area and provide those quotes to you.
  • Price: $300 | 5 hours of work for 3 quotes (this includes minor negotiation of pricing if time allows).

Event Facilitation

Are you responsible for an.... End of Year or Season Pot Luck, a Neighborhood Block Party, Adult PTA Meeting, or an Adult Get-together and don't know what to do to "get the event started!?" Look no further than to hire one of our event facilitators. 

  • Event Facilitation is $60|hr with a minimum of a 3 hour event.
  • In that time you can average about 1-2 activities an hour.


Elaborate Design Coordination

For elaborate events* where many vendors are involved, we have broken down events into 15 potential service areas. Each package also includes:

  • a Senior Planner and Assistant for 7 hours of day-of assistance
    • 4 hours for the event, plus 2 hours of set-up time and 1 hour for break-down
    • and a 1 hour venue walk through two weeks to a month before the event.

Service areas include: 

  • budget, florist, photography, catering, cake, invitations, decor, rental company, venue, DJ or musicians, transportation, videographer, wait staff or bartenders, entertainer, and favors.**
  • 4 different packages to choose from...packages range between $1,110 and $3,480

         **Our fee does not include the cost of the contracts between you and the individual vendors.

  • $300 ​deposit required to secure an Elaborate Design package; schedule a no-obligation consult to learn more about our Elaborate Design Coordination packages.

           *Elaborate Events include birthdays, graduation parties, backyard BBQ's, milestone birthdays, Sweet Sixteen parties, Anniversaries, Quinceañeras,                                   family reunions, or other large events (not to include weddings).
