We work with a number of wedding venues and wedding chapels, so you have your choice of gorgeous locations that fit your style, whether you want to get married in the Park, a Chapel, the Privacy of your Home or a location of your choice. Package:01 | Final Touches... Day of Coordination

Allensons Events “Day Of” Wedding Coordination service is designed for the couple who has a modest budget; who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. Our day of wedding planning service begins two weeks out (14 calendar days). 

We tie any loose ends, so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline. This day of coordination package is designed for a client who wants us to finalize the details and oversee wedding day logistics.

This package includes but is not limited to:
The Consultation

  • Complimentary 1-hr Consultation to Wrap Up Details.
  • Meet in-person one month prior to your wedding day

       (consult cannot occur no sooner than 2 months prior to the event)

The Coordination

  • Services Begin 2 Weeks (14 calendar days) Prior to Wedding Date
  • One Events Coordinator and One Assistant on Your Wedding Day
  • A One Hour Site Inspection the Week of Your Wedding

Package:02 | Peace of Mind (PoM) 

The Peace of Mind Package is for the couple who have completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!

The Peace of Mind Package includes the following services

The Consultation

  • 2-3 in-person meetings...
    • Complimentary 90-minute consultation to discuss Design and Budget
    • One of which will be the venue walk through.  We want to learn your wedding

              vision inside and out!

  • Wedding Day Design Guidance in Areas You Still Have Left to Complete

The Planning & Coordination

  • Service begins Eight (8) weeks prior to wedding date. 
  • One Events Coordinator and One Assistant on Your Wedding Day
  • Review all your vendor contracts to understand exactly what will be arriving the dayof.
  • Venue and Reception walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
  • Unlimited contact via email | phone | video chat from the time of contract

       ~ We are always here for you!

  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
  • Timeline creation and run-of-show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors.

        ~ we keep everyone in check!

  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and 

       confirm their arrival times and services booked 1 week prior.

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination up to 1 1/2 hours

The Intimate Ceremony

  • Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you!
  • Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members.
  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
  • Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.
  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)*
  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
  • Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management ~ every wedding includes (1) wedding coordinator.
    • Please note that a second Coordinator is required for barn/farm weddings, vineyard weddings, private house weddings and or large open space/nontraditional venue weddings that require a lot of set-up. Additional fees will apply.

The Reception

  • Guest Coordination and Assistance
  • Location Set-Up & Coordination of Vendors
  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy getting beautified and fabulous!
  • Retain the marriage license for the officiant.
  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.
  • Most importantly, FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!

Post Reception Clean-up

  • Post Reception Clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate

       transportation, etc)

  • Arrange for ALL your personal item to be packed up and given to

       a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

  • Facilitate transportation, etc.

Coordination begins 1-3 months out

Package:03 | Very Important Bride (V.I.B.)  

Saving your sanity during the planning process, The Very Important BridePackage is so much more than a “day of coordination.” We will provide you with the help you need to plan the wedding of your dreams!

 The V.I.B. Package includes everything in the Peace of Mind Package, plus these additional wedding coordinator duties!

  • 5 in-person meetings: one of which will be the venue walk through.
  • Vendor recommendations: we can help you find the best vendors for the most perfect wedding
  • Help with some of the wedding planning processes: this package is perfect for the Bride who needs advice and guidance throughout the time planning the perfect wedding. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on to help. We will be that girl and guide you all the way with advice, opinions and vendor recommendations.
  • Wedding Party Rehearsal up to 2 hours ($200 value) – your coordinator will be there to coordinate and choreograph your entire bridal party, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down that aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time!
  • Choose up to 3 total "extra" items to be included in your package:
    • Time Challenged
      Not enough time to get it all done? We get it, let us help check those things off your list and handle them for you. For example, we can help on something like:

      • Assembly of out-of-town guest bags
      • Assistance in assembling and sending out wedding invitations.

  • Hire officiant for your vow renewals (if desired)
  • A detailed itinerary of your celebration

Pricing Details

  1. $250 deposit: You will receive our questionnaire & (2) or more personalized wedding

       anniversary celebration ideas including gift suggestions.

  1. After you fill out the questionnaireAllensons Events will email you personalized ideas & visual aids within (4) business days. 
  2. Once you decide on your anniversary idea, we will put together your customized quote. 
  3. Deposit goes towards this quote.

Package:05 | Destination Wedding (DW) 

  1. Need help planning the perfect destination wedding?
  2. Want to ensure that your big day goes well by having your own destination wedding coordinator there?

Then this is the package for you!

Sometimes you just need that “right-hand” person to help with things for your dreams of a destination wedding. Whether you are too busy with work or just need the help with dealing with those on “island time” or international vendors that work at a different pace than you are used to – we offer consultation hours to help with the planning of your destination wedding.

These packages are a little different than our other wedding day coordination packages as we will allocate a set amount of hours to complete the tasks needed to help you plan the perfect destination wedding weekend.

  • Package Option 1 (12 Consultation Hours) — $1499.00
  • Package Option 2 (20 Consultation Hours) — $2199.00

You can allocate these hours however you wish, but here are some of the more popular tasks our destination brides have us do:

  • Create a wedding website for their guests to get all the pertinent wedding information like hotel booking, country and travel regulations, wedding day details, etc.
  • Handle the shipping and transportation of wedding items to and from the wedding location.
  • Work directly with your destination venue contact and ensure clear communication and execution.
  • DIY projects to add a little personalization to the wedding. We can give ideas to add some flair to your big day without breaking the bank!
  • Help with Save the Dates: order, assemble and mail.
  • Help with Invitations and email communications for local and international guests.
  • Create a detailed wedding timeline for both the bridal party and vendors for day of ~ we keep everyone in check!
  • Help produce an overall logistics game plan for having a wedding on a large property resort.
  • A lot of our brides find these consultation hours super valuable as it gives them the help they need to make the perfect destination wedding all come together.


Package:06 | A La Carte Services...The Lil' Extras
Sometimes you just need a few extras! These are the perfect addition to any package.

Prices for the below services start at $75.00 and up.

A La Carte Services and extras include the following:

  • Rehearsal practice for the wedding party and family (Choreographed).
  • Assistance in assembling and sending out wedding invitations.
  • Second wedding coordinator onsite day-of.
  • Return of tuxedos and other rental items after the wedding.
  • Out-of-Town guest bags — assembly and packaging.
  • Dress Fitting Attendance

  • Gift transport and delivery.
